This could be formal organizing, starting a GSA, peer support, creative projects, mutual aid, or just showing up for friends. If you're new to this, tell us what kind of community work excites you.
We want to hear about formal organizing, informal community care, peer support, or how you dream about showing up for your community. There's no wrong answer so share what feels true to you.
What do you want to make better? This could be anything at your school, in your district, or in your community. Examples: safer hallways, healthier lunches, cleaner parks, less bullying, etc.
What actually gets you and your friends involved? Think about campaigns you've seen (or been part of). What made people show up and stay engaged?
From police free schools to housing justice, bathroom access to environmental racism. What makes you want to organize? What needs to change?
This camp will help you connect your local campaign to the broader movement. We'll support you with strategy, resources, and a network of organizers doing similar work.
Be specific! This could be organizing skills, leadership tools, connections with other activists, campaign resources, or something else.
Maybe you'll host a workshop, start a group chat or organize a meetup. How do you imagine sharing what you learn?
